On 30 March 2015 Krka, d.d., Novo mesto (hereafter Krka) received a notification from Allianz SE, Koeniginstrasse 28, 80802 Munich, Germany, as an ultimate parent company of the company Allianz ZB d.o.o., Zagreb, Croatia (hereafter Allianz ZB), that on 26 March 2015 Allianz ZB acquired 29,094 Krka shares and consequently Allianz ZB holds 1,556,887 Krka shares, representing 4.75% of all shares issued.

After the transaction the total shareholding of Allianz ZB with affiliated companies controlled by Allianz SE (i.e. Allianz Global Investors GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany and Allianz Hungaria Biztosito Zrt., Budapest, Hungary) in Krka increased from 4.99% to 5.08%.
