Nova Ljubljanska Banka d.d (the “Seller”) with support from its exclusive financial advisors, Houlihan Lokey (Europe) Limited (“Houlihan Lokey”), hereby announces the commencement of a search for strategic investors to acquire 100% of the share capital of NLB Interfinanz AG (the “Business”), a Swiss-based financial institution, containing a diversified portfolio comprising non-performing exposures predominantly located in South-eastern Europe. The Business includes the portfolio, which has a total gross book value of approximately €300 million and its related servicing platform.
