Ljubljana, 10^th December 2015 - At its 25^th meeting held today, the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana discussed and approved the Petrol Group's Business Plan for 2016.

Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby notifies the interested public that Tomaž Kuntarič, Irena Prijović, Ika Krevzel Panić, Matija Blažič, Igo Gruden, Klemen Ferjančič, Mladen Kaliterna, Andrej Tomplak and Zoran Gračner - Members of the Supervisory Board of the company, have signed statements in which they take a position with respect to fulfilling independence criteria (in accordance with the applicable Corporate Governance Code). At its meeting held on 10^th December, 2015, the Supervisory Board assessed, on the basis of the above-mentioned statements and the members' additional explanations regarding potential conflicts of interests, that disclosures of potential conflicts of interests are not of such a nature to affect the above-mentioned Supervisory Board members' impartial and objective performance of tasks or decision-making.
