With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 4 December 2015 up to and including 10 December 2015 Krka acquired 8,786 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 548,950 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 300,243 representing 0.916% of all shares issued. 

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 309,029 representing 0.942% of all shares issued.
