Pursuant to provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. herewith publishes the following notification:

After thoroughly studying the decision of the Ljubljana District Court, issued on 29 February 2016 and received by Telekom Slovenije on 15 July 2016, in the commercial dispute of the plaintiff Telekom Slovenije, d.d. against the defendants Bojan Dremelj and Dušan Mitič, for the payment of  EUR 2,334,500.00 with appertaining costs, in which the court fully rejects the claim, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. decided not to appeal against the decision. Telekom Slovenije, d.d. will repay due costs of the proceedings to the defendants and third party interveners.

The announcement will also be available at the company website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
