With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 8 September 2017 up to and including 14 September 2017. Krka acquired 19,097 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,074,837 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 8 September:   1,363 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 57.20,
- on 11 September: 1,616 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 57.00,
- on 12 September: 5,223 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 56.65,
- on 13 September: 5,340 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 56.10 and
- on 14 September: 5,555 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 55.69.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 599,600 representing 1.828% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 618,697 representing 1.887% of all shares issued.
