Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

GVO, d.o.o., and the sole owner of INFRATEL, telekomunikacijska infrastruktura, d.o.o., agreed that GVO, d.o.o., would acquire a 100% share in INFRATEL. As soon as all suspensive conditions specified in the Acquisition Agreement were met, the procedures for transferring the ownership were initiated and on 24 January 2018 the change of ownership was entered into the court register. The company INFRATEL, telekomunikacijska infrastruktura, d.o.o., will become a part of Telekom Slovenije Group.

The acquisition of INFRATEL makes GVO, d.o.o., the owner of a part of telecommunications network in commercial grey areas of the municipalities of Komen, Sežana, Hrpelje–Kozina and Ilirska Bistrica.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years.
