With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 25 May 2018 up to and including 31 May 2018. Krka acquired 6,468 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 381,576 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 25 May 2018: 1,490 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 59.00
- on 28 May 2018: 1,539 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 59.00
- on 29 May 2018: 1,659 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 59.00
- on 30 May 2018: 1,720 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 59.00 and
- on 31 May 2018:    60 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.40. 

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 760,450 representing 2.319% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 766,918 representing 2.339% of all shares issued.
