With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 24 August 2018 up to and including 30 August 2018. Krka acquired 3,841 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 217,737 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 24 August 2018:   918  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.98
- on 27 August 2018:   982  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.60
- on 28 August 2018: 1.032  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.41 and
- on 29 August 2018:   909  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.80.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 796,802 representing 2.430% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 800,643 representing 2.441% of all shares issued.
