Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby notifies the public that, on 27 February 2019, it received the ruling of the Ljubljana Districts Court, issued on 4 December 2018, in the lawsuit between the plaintiff Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and the defendants Bojan Dremelj, Dušan Mitič, Filip Ogris Martič, Željko Puljić and Darja Senica, for the payment of €7,635,500.00 with interest and other charges.
 

The District Court completely rejected the claim in the repeated proceedings. It also ordered Telekom Slovenije, d.d., to reimburse the defendants and intervenors for the court cost.
Telekom Slovenije, d.d., received the District Court’s first ruling in the case, rejecting its claim, on 29 August 2016. Based on the opinion of the Odvetniška Družba Ilić & Partnerji o.p. d.o.o. law firm, which the General Meeting of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., appointed as a special representative with a resolution on 7 March 2012, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., filed an appeal on 12 September 2016, and the Ljubljana High Court ruled on 5 September 2018 (Telekom Slovenije, d.d., received the decision on 5 March 2018), granting the appeal of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., repealing the appealed ruling and returning the case to a court of first instance.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d. is still examining the received ruling and will keep the shareholders and public informed on further procedures in this matter.
