Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana (also the “Company”) announces the following:

On 28 May 2019, Marko Jazbec, chairman of the Sava Re management board, acquired 2,000 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 34,126.80, representing 0.0116% of issued shares and 0.0129% of shares outstanding.

After the transaction, Marko Jazbec holds 4,300 shares, while his share of voting rights increased from 0.0148% to 0.0277%.
