With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 23 August 2019 up to and including 29 August 2019. Krka acquired 12,375 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 752,050 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 23 August 2019: 2,970 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.04,
- on 26 August 2019: 3,188 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.00,
- on 28 August 2019: 3,157 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.60 and
- on 29 August 2019: 3,060 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.46.
 

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,034,363 representing 3.154% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,046,738 representing 3.192% of all shares issued.
