Abanka d.d. hereby publishes notice of the resolutions from the 51st regular meeting of its Supervisory Board, which took place on 26 November 2019:

The Supervisory Board was briefed on the report on Abanka d.d.’s financial operations in the first nine months of 2019  and on the enclosed consolidated financial statements. The Supervisory Board was also briefed on the report as at 30 September 2019 on the fulfilment of commitments to the European Commission.

This announcement will also be available on the Abanka website as of 26 November 2019, for a period of no less than five years.
