Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 4th regular meeting on Tuesday, 10 December 2019, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., discussed and approved Telekom Slovenije Group's Strategic Business Plan for the 2020–2023 period.

In 2019 the Telekom Slovenije Group implemented the set strategy in accordance with the adopted strategic guidelines. 

The markets in which the Telekom Slovenije Group operates are characterised by a high level of competition, as users can choose from the competitive offers of various operators. Telekom Slovenije Group also operates on markets subject to accelerated consolidation within countries and across borders, making competition even fiercer. Telekom Slovenije Group plans to counter this trend by focusing on the key strategic policies presented below. Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will retain its revenue and the number users in its core activity through a portfolio of comprehensive services for smart living, and through the development of a unique, user-tailored experience, which will be based on a straightforward user experience and superior network, inspiring services, breakthrough solutions and a caring approach to users. The Group will strengthen its core activity and expand into other areas that are important for users, and through planned investments in our reliable, secure and high-quality network retain its position as the leading provider of the most advanced technologies and next-generation networks, and communication, security, information, multimedia and advertising services.

Telekom Slovenije Group will also focus on continued optimization of business processes, achieving an optimal employee structure and enduring financial stability. Telekom Slovenije Group’s competitive advantage in the future will remain the highest quality of its services, which will be based on cutting-edge and state-of-the-art ICT solutions and other services, and future development will continue to be based on the high standards of social responsibility and sustainable development.

Telekom Slovenije Group expects to generate EUR 676.0 million in operating revenues in 2020, EBITDA of EUR 210.6 million, net profit of EUR 27.5 million, and plans to invest EUR 209.7 million.
