The company NLB d.d. (hereinafter also: the company) on 19 November 2019 issued subordinated Tier 2 notes in the aggregate amount of EUR 120 million and with ISIN code XS2080776607 (hereinafter also: the subordinated notes). The company hereby announces that on 4 March 2020 obtained permission to include the subordinated notes in the calculation of its Tier 2 capital.
