Krka acquired 1,694 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 139,478 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 30 July 2020:        1,278   shares at a VWAP of EUR 82.20 and
- on 31 July 2020:           416   shares at a VWAP of EUR 82.77.
