The Ljubljana Stock Exchange announces that today, 9 January 2021, the upgrade of production web applications SEO and INFO HRAMBA was successfully implemented. The upgraded web applications shall enable acceptance and publication of Annual Reports in ESEF format.

Besides, based on the decision of the Management Board of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and in accordance with the transitional provisions, all the following general legal acts, adopted and published on 18 December 2020, shall enter into force and use as of today:

• Instructions for Issuers,
• Instructions for Storing Information in INFO STORAGE,
• General Business Conditions for the Provision of SEO and INFO STORAGE Services,
• Guidelines on Disclosure for Listed Companies.
