Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs that Barbara Galičič Drakslar, Member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., on 7 March 2022 bought 100 shares of the company with the symbol TLSG  at the price EUR 55,00 per share in the total value of EUR 5.500,00.

The ordinary TLSG shares were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transaction Barbara Galičič Drakslar holds 200 shares with the TLSG ticker symbol.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
