Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

With a reference to the public notice of Share repurchase programme from 4 November 2021, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (hereinafter: the company) is disclosing information on transactions in the treasury shares that took place in the period from 14 March 2022 up to and included 18 March 2022. During the mentioned period, the company acquired 935 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 52,135.60 as follows:

• on 14 March 2022      250      shares at the average price of EUR 55.40 /share,
• on 15 March 2022      84        shares at the average price of EUR 55.20 /share,
• on 16 March 2022      240      shares at the average price of EUR 55.60 /share,
• on 17 March 2022      250      shares at the average price of EUR 56.00 /share and
• on 18 March 2022      111      shares at the average price of EUR 56.80 /share.

NLB d.d. was a broker in these transactions.

The company acquired the treasury shares through transactions on the regulated securities market. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 35,901, or 0.549% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 36,836, which is 0.564% of all shares issued.

Treasury shares do not have voting rights. The total number of shares with voting rights after the above mentioned transactions is 6,498,642, which represents 99.436% of all shares issued.
