In accordance with the Tender Offer Memorandum dated 12 September 2022 the Republic of Slovenia announces the indicative cash tender offer results for the following notes:

• EUR denominated 2023 Notes (ISIN SI0002103974) maturing on 31 March 2023 and
• EUR denominated 2024 Notes (ISIN SI0002102984) maturing on 9 September 2024.
