Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 5th regular meeting on Wednesday, 19 October 2022, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., appointed Vesna Prodnik as member of Management Board for technology at the proposal from the President of the Management Board. Vesna Prodnik begins her four-year term on 14 November 2022.

Vesna Prodnik holds a BA in electrical engineering and an MSc in communication sciences. She has 23 years of work experience in the field of electronic communications; she is an expert for new technologies and regulation in electronic communications. From 2006 she lead as the CEO and leading consultant various strategic and investment telecommunications projects in the region of SE Europe. From 2003 to 2006 she was employed at Mobitel, d.d., and Telekom Slovenije, d.d., where she worked in the field of interconnection and regulation.

At the same time the new Management Board member for technology is appointed, the term of the current Management Board member, Mitja Štular, PhD, consensually expires on 13 November 2022.

With this appointment the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has completed the formation of the new Management Board for the next four-year period, fully implementing the term system of the new President of the Management Board. The Supervisory Board is convinced that the new Management Board consists of highly qualified experts with extensive experience in telecommunications who will successfully lead and develop Telekom Slovenije Group over the coming years.

The notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
