Due to the implementation of the corporate reorganization of current LJSE member Raiffeisen Centrobank (hereinafter: RCB), which will become effective on 1 December 2022, the company Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Am Stadtpark 9, A – 1030 Vienna (hereinafter: RBI), shall enter into the membership of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on the basis of universal legal succession instead of the current member RCB.

The current member RCB shall handover to RBI and the latter shall takeover all rights and obligations arising from RCB's membership and trading with securities on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
