Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 9th regular meeting on Monday, 9 January 2023, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., discussed the company’s current activities.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., gave its approval to the appointment of Vesna Lednik for the director of TSinpo, storitveno in invalidsko podjetje, d.o.o. for a four-year term, starting on 10 January 2023. Vesna Lednik has been already employed in TSinpo, d.o.o.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for at least five years after publication.
