The Management Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby notifies the shareholders that on Tuesday, 10 January 2023, it received a counterproposal from the shareholder PanSlovenian Stakeholder’s Association (VZMD) to agenda item 4.1. of the 36th General Meeting of Shareholders of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, Dunajska cesta 50, Ljubljana, which will be held on 23 January 2023.
