Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs that Boštjan Škufca Zaveršek, Vice-President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., on 20 March 2023 bought 380 shares of the company with the symbol TLSG  at the price EUR 52,00 per share in the total value of EUR 19.760,00.

The ordinary TLSG shares were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transaction Boštjan Škufca Zaveršek holds 380 shares with the TLSG ticker symbol.
