Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 16th regular meeting on Monday, 11 September 2023, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., in accordance with the Worker Participation in Management Act, and at the proposal of the the Works Council of Telekom Slovenije, d.d, reappointed Špela Fortin as Management Board Member – Workers Director. She will being her four-year term on 14 September 2023, immediately after the conclusion of the term that she began on 14 September 2019.

Špela Fortin has been employed with the company since 2006, and before she was appointed Management Board Member – Workers Director she worked in sales. From April 2019 she was responsible for sales in the souther and eastern regions, and before that she was the manager of the biggest Telekom Sales Centre in Citypark in Ljubljana. She was a member of the Works Council, and as the employees’ representative she is the link between the management and the employees at Telekom Slovenije, d.d. She is also responsible for sustainable business operations and the subsidiary TSinpo, d.o.o., which is a service and disability company.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 10 years.
