With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 26 August 2024 up to and including 30 August 2024.

CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 3,460 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 83,294.10 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 26 August 2024    630  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.70,
- on 27 August 2024    630  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.60,
- on 28 August 2024    650  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.90,
- on 29 August 2024    660  shares at a VWAP of EUR 24.48,
- on 30 August 2024    890  shares at a VWAP of EUR 24.50.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 284,777 representing 3.52 % of all shares issued.
