With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 20 September 2024 up to and including 26 September 2024. Krka acquired 4,765 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 652,202 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 20 September 2024:          929     shares at a VWAP of EUR 136.64,
- on 23 September 2024:          946     shares at a VWAP of EUR 137.25,
- on 24 September 2024:          948     shares at a VWAP of EUR 137.33,
- on 25 September 2024:          966     shares at a VWAP of EUR 136.50 and
- on 26 September 2024:          976     shares at a VWAP of EUR 136.66.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.
 

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,040,488 representing 6.222% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2.045,253 representing 6.237% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 27 September 2024 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
