Ljubljana Stock Exchange Inc (LJSE) adopted amendments to the following LJSE Services Fee Schedules on 26 November 2024:

• Services Fee Schedule, which shall enter into use on 1 January 2025, while points 11.6.2. and 11.6.3. shall enter into use under the condition that LJSE obtains prior consent to their amendments by the Securities Market Agency, of which LJSE shall inform the public subsequently;
• SI ENTER Services Fee Schedule, which shall enter info use on 1 January 2025.

The amendments of the above LJSE Services Fee Schedules are due to an increase in consumer prices and an increase in the LJSE’s fixed costs, as a result of which all items of the LJSE Services Fee Schedules increase by 10%, except for the fees for listing bonds, treasury bills and commercial papers, where we have made a comparison with other stock exchanges and adjusted prices accordingly, and fees under item 11.6. of the Services Fee Schedule, where the increase is from 10.4 % to 11.6 %.
