Telekom Slovenije signs a loan agreement for strategy implementation

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana, and applicable law, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 11 December 2024 it concluded a loan agreement with UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d., Ameriška ulica 2, Ljubljana, for the purpose of financing investments, day-to-day operations, and the consolidation of long-term debt in the total amount of EUR 80 million. The agreement becomes effective on 11 December 2024 and is valid until 31 December 2032.
