Ljubljana, 12 December 2024 – Petrol d.d., Ljubljana announces that due to the energy market instability in 2025, it has not been possible to adopt the business plan for 2025 as scheduled in the published financial calendar for 2024. As a result, the endorsement of the business plan for 2025 has been rescheduled to one of the upcoming Supervisory Board meetings scheduled for January 2025.

In the light of the relevant circumstances, the financial calendar for 2024 has been amended and supplemented.
