Telekom Slovenije Group Annual Business Plan for 2026 with projection for up to 2030

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 34th regular meeting held on Wednesday, 1 October 2025, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., reviewed and approved the Annual Business Plan of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and the Telekom Slovenije Group for 2026 with a projection for up to 2030, and discussed the company's current activities.

Telekom Slovenije Group estimates that in 2025 it will exceed its originally planned revenue and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA). Based on currently available information, sales are estimated to amount to EUR 731 million, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) to EUR 250 million, and net profit to EUR 57 million.

In the Strategic Business Plan for the 2024-2028 Period (hereinafter: SBP), which was approved in November 2023, the Telekom Slovenije Group has set ambitious goals for continued growth in telecommunications revenue and market share, with a particular focus on better utilisation of existing infrastructure. As a reliable provider of  infrastructure and digitalisation of services, we have planned most growth to come in the ICT and digital services segment. We planned improved business efficiency through continued digitalisation of operations, cost reduction, and greater investment efficiency.

In the 2026 Annual Business Plan we forecast a growth in sales revenue, EBITDA, and net profit for the Telekom Slovenije Group. Accordingly, we plan to achieve EUR 737.3 million in sales, EUR 255.5 million in EBITDA, and EUR 59.9 million in net profit, which is a marked growth compared to the 2025 estimation.

At the Telekom Slovenije Group we plan to make investments of EUR 217.2 million in 2026. In addition to investments in the network, planned investments also include program rights and the capitalisation of leases in accordance with IFRS 16. In Slovenia, Telekom Slovenije operates the biggest fixed and mobile networks. Our fibre optics network is already available to more than 498,000 Slovenian households. By constantly upgrading and modernising the entire network with cutting-edge technologies, we are laying the foundation for further development, strengthening our competitive advantage, and creating technological groundwork for the continued provision of secure, reliable, and modern telecommunications services in line with the latest trends and user expectations. As part of a comprehensive network modernisation, which aims to also increase coverage and strengthen capacities, 4G coverage in Slovenia has now reached 99% of the population, while 5G coverage has exceeded 92% of the population. By the end of 2025, Telekom Slovenije will provide 99% population 5G coverage.

With regard to the dividend policy, we are following the SBP and will allocate 30-50% of the Telekom Slovenije Group net profit for the payment of dividends, taking into account the financial position and the volume of investments.

The Telekom Slovenije Group Annual Business Plan for 2026 is based on available data, taking into account regulatory constraints and trends in the environment in which the Telekom Slovenije Group operates. In its preparation, we took into account analyses of the operations and market shares of comparable European operators, analyses of competition, development expectations, and trends in the telecommunications industry.

The announcement will also be available on the website of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
