The Works Council of Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., has elected Mr. Rudi Lipovec as the employees’ representative to the Supervisory Board of the Company. His appointment is for a four-year term, commencing on 7 November 2025.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 11 December 2025 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
