As of 10 April 2026, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (hereinafter: LJSE) will remove all shares listed in the attachment (Appendix 1) from the SI ENTER BASIC market, sub-segment SHARES SLOVENIA.

Shares were listed on the SI ENTER BASIC segment at the initiative of the LJSE and without the involvement of issuers, with the aim of providing investors with new investment opportunities. The LJSE notes that, since the establishment of the SI ENTER market, conditions on the Slovenian capital market have changed and that there is extremely limited interest in trading these shares.

The LJSE has therefore assessed that the SI ENTER BASIC segment, in its current form, has fulfilled its purpose, and that it is now time to further develop this market towards greater transparency and a stronger commitment by companies to investors. Consequently, the LJSE has decided that all shares will be delisted from the SI ENTER BASIC segment upon the expiry of a three-month period.

The last trading day for the mentioned shares will be 9 April 2026.
