On 17 June 2026 the Ljubljana Stock Exchange adopted amendments to the following general acts:

• LJSE Rules,
• Instructions for Issuers of Securities on the Regulated Market,
• Instructions for the Storage of Information in the INFO HRAMBA,
• General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of SEO and INFO HRAMBA Services.

The Ljubljana Stock Exchange has, within the new general acts, introduced specific provisions governing cases of prolonged temporary suspensions of trading in individual securities and has incorporated obligations related to the establishment of the European Single Access Point in accordance with the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI-1) and Regulation (EU) 2023/2859. In addition, the amendments also include minor editorial revisions.

All general acts have been available as of 18 June 2026 on the stock exchange’s website (Rules and Regulations). LJSE Rules and the Instructions for Issuers of Securities on the Regulated Market shall enter into force on 3 July 2026, while the Instructions for Storing Information in the INFO HRAMBA and the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of SEO and INFO HRAMBA Services shall enter into force on 10 July 2026.
