Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

As its 42nd regular meeting on Tuesday, 14 July 2026, the Telekom Slovenije Supervisory Board appointed Irma Gubanec, MSc, a member of the Management Board, as the Vice-President of the Management Board, based on the proposal of the President of the Management Board and in accordance with the Articles of Association. Irma Gubanec, MSc has been appointed as the Vice-President of the Management Board for a four-year term of office beginning on 12 October 2026.

The notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
