SID Bank, Inc., Ljubljana announces that, following the granting of authorization by the Bank of Slovenia to perform this function, Mr. Srečo Jadek assumed the position of member of the Supervisory Board of SID Bank, Inc., Ljubljana, effective July 30, 2026. He was appointed to the position of member of the Supervisory Board by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia at its 195th session on March 26, 2026. Mr. Srečo Jadek assumes the position of member of the Supervisory Board following the expiration of Mr. Marko Tišma’s term of office on July 29, 2026.

Mr. Srečo Jadek has more than 40 years of experience in the fields of law, financial restructuring, complex M&A transactions, and financial and corporate law. He has represented numerous prominent domestic and foreign clients in complex disputes before courts and domestic and international arbitration tribunals. The government appointed him as a member of the supervisory board for a five-year term.

In addition to him, the supervisory board of SID Bank, Inc., Ljubljana, consists of Chairman Matija Šenk, Vice Chairman Leo Knez, Nataša Damjanovič, John M. Denhof, Marjan Divjak and Katja Lautar.
