The Telekom Slovenije Group’s sales revenue totalled EUR 366.9 million, an increase of 4% relative to the same period in 2025. Sales revenue was up on account of growth in the number of users, and higher sales of IT services and merchandise.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) totalled EUR 134.3 million at the Telekom Slovenije Group level, an increase of 7% or EUR 8.6 million relative to the same period the previous year. The EBITDA margin (i.e. EBITDA as a proportion of sales revenue) was 36.6%.

Following the calculation of income tax (including deferred taxes), the Telekom Slovenije Group generated a net profit of EUR 31.5 million, an increase of 6% relative to the same period in 2025.
The Telekom Slovenije Group earmarked EUR 106.3 million for investments during the first six months of the year. Telekom Slovenije operates the largest fixed and mobile network in Slovenia, with more than 512,000 Slovenian households connected to its fibre optic network. The Company is laying the foundations for further development by constantly upgrading and modernising the entire network with the latest technologies, strengthening its competitive advantage and putting in place technological support for the continued provision of secure, reliable and modern telecommunications services that meet the latest trends and user expectations. 5G technology now covers 99.3% of the population.
Telekom Slovenije is currently the only operator in Slovenia that is regulated by the Agency for Communication Networks and Services (AKOS) in the fixed broadband internet access segment, despite the fact that it is no longer the leading operator in the aforementioned segment, where its market share is 29% (source: Q1 2026 AKOS). Telekom Slovenije also has a significantly lower market share than other incumbent European operators. The Company operates in an environment in which excessive and disproportionate regulation hinders its development potential. Telekom Slovenije continues its efforts to achieve balanced regulation that is based on actual market conditions.
This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of no less than 10 years from the date of publication.
