The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has approved the appointment of Cvetko Sršen, President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and Barbara Galičič Drakslar, Vice-President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for Members of the Supervisory Board of GVO, gradnja in vzdrževanje telekomunikacijskih omrežij, d.o.o., for a four-year term, commencing on 5 October 2026. As of this date, the mandates of the current Supervisory Board Members, Boštjan Košak and Irma Gubanec, MSc, will cease.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has approved the appointment of Vesna Prodnik, MSc, Member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for a Member of the Supervisory Board of AVTENTA, napredne poslovne rešitve, d.o.o., for a four-year term, commencing on 5 October 2026. As of this date, her current mandate of the current Supervisory Board Member will cease.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has approved the appointment of Cvetko Sršen, President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Janez Zidar, MSc, Member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and Vesna Prodnik, MSc, Member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for Members of the Board of Directors of IPKO Telecommunications LLC, for a four-year term, commencing on 5 October 2026. As of this date, the mandates of the current Supervisory Board Members, Boštjan Košak, Irma Gubanec, MSc, and Vesna Prodnik, MSc, will cease.
