With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2026, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 16 October 2026 up to and including 22 October 2026. Krka acquired 4,122 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,056,976 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 16 October 2026:      772   shares at a VWAP of EUR 257.88,
- on 19 October 2026:      758   shares at a VWAP of EUR 257.09,
- on 20 October 2026:      832   shares at a VWAP of EUR 256.38,
- on 21 October 2026:      845   shares at a VWAP of EUR 255.00 and
- on 22 October 2026:      915   shares at a VWAP of EUR 256.00.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,575,300 representing 7.853% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,579,422 representing 7.866% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 23 October 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
