Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

As part of the activities aimed at simplifying and optimising the structure of the Telekom Slovenije Group, the merger of the subsidiary SIOL Prishtina LLC into the subsidiary IPKO Telecommunications LLC has been completed.

The merger was entered in the competent business register in the Republic of Kosovo on 2 November 2026. Upon registration of the merger, SIOL Prishtina LLC, as the absorbed company, was removed from the register, while IPKO Telecommunications LLC, as the acquiring company, became its universal legal successor.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
