Progress Report on Achieving 40/33/2026 initiative

The Ljubljana Stock Exchange inc., Ljubljana, as a supporter of the 40/33/2026 initiative presented by the Slovenian Supervisors’ Association (hereinafter: ZNS) for the voluntary achievement of target gender diversity in management and supervisory bodies of listed and state‑owned companies, is publishing the regular Progress Report on Achieving Gender Diversity Targets for the period 1 September 2025 – 31 December 2025 (hereinafter: the Progress Report). The report was prepared by ZNS in cooperation with Deloitte Slovenia and monitors the situation in 50 companies covered by the initiative. The report is available in both Slovenian and English.

The amendment ZGD‑1M transposed into national legislation the EU directive on gender balance in corporate management and supervisory bodies, requiring obligated companies to choose one of the targets under the 40/33/26 initiative by 2026 or 2028. The sample analysis shows that 54% of companies meet the target of 33% representation of the under‑represented gender in management and supervisory bodies combined, and the same share (54%) also meets the target of 40% representation in the supervisory body.
