We hereby inform you that the Market Data Fee Schedule (hereinafter: the Fee Schedule) has been amended and will enter into force on 1 October 2026.

The amendments to the Fee Schedule include adjustments to fees for the use and distribution of data pursuant to the provisions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1156 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 with regard to regulatory technical standards on the obligation to make market data available to the public on a reasonable commercial basis (RTS on RCB).

The changes to the fees are set out in the attached Fee Schedule, where they are marked using the “track changes” function.
